BLOCK PASS / VISITORS
Block 10 pass
£60
The 10-Session Pass is ideal for anyone who wants to train regularly but doesn’t need a monthly membership. It can be particularly useful if you normally train once a week, have an irregular schedule or need more flexibility with your training.
Your 10 sessions are valid for three months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions expire after this period.
Absolutely. Choosing a 10-Session Pass doesn’t mean you’re excluded from the club. You can continue to take part in club activities, receive club communications and be part of the Leigh Judo Club community.
No. Your 10 sessions are valid for three months from the date of purchase and are valid for any appropriate class.
Yes. The 10-Session Pass does not prevent you from progressing through our internal grading pathway. As with all judoka, grading is based on your development, technical ability and readiness rather than how you pay for your training.
Visitor/ PAYG
£7
PAYG is ideal if you only want to train occasionally, are visiting from another club, or don’t want to commit to a monthly membership.
No but it is preferred that you let the club know in advance so we know to expect you and can manage class numbers.
You can attend the appropriate session for your age and experience, subject to availability.
Yes. Visitors from other clubs are welcome to train with us, provided the session is suitable for their experience and they meet any relevant requirements.
No, PAYG is intended for flexible training and does not include access to the club’s grading pathway. Regular members who want to progress through the club grading system should join as a monthly member.
Yes. If you decide you want to train regularly, you can move to one of our monthly membership options.
BRITISH JUDO MEMBERSHIP
If you wish to compete or take part in formal grading through British Judo, you will need a current British Judo licence. This provides membership of the National Governing Body (NGB) and covers you to participate in recognised competitions and grading. Our club can help guide you through the process of obtaining your licence when you are ready.

Jack2020-02-12I have been training at Leigh for over a year now and feel that this is a fantastic judo club. The coaching staff are excellent and very welcoming. There is a friendly atmosphere at the club and support is provided to judoka of all levels.
Agnieszka Conradie2020-02-12My son & I, we train at the Judo Club for 1 year now. Friendly & safe environment. Luke is a knowledgeable & an outstanding coach. My son is learning respect & discipline, while he is having a lot of fun at the same time. The perseverance, love & joy of learning is reflected in the children taking part in training. All judo team (Luke, Tom, Vicki & Rob) are professional coaches & they have a great ability to bring out the best in children of all levels & abilities. They interact well with children of all ages. I appreciated the focus on skill, but even more so on character - kindness & sportsmanship. Every training is a very positive experience for me & my son. I would encourage anyone, regardless of age or physical ability to give it a try, & I can think of no better group of people to pursue this Judo Club in Lowton. Thank you Aga & Brad.
Paul Jervis2019-08-30My daughter has been here nearly 5 years now and still absolutely loves it. She has made life-long friends and it has also made made her quietly confident, given her manners and respect. Luke takes no messing around be it from the kids or the adults and as such you can see the kids develop into young adults with great values. This is not only a judo club. It is an extended family where everybody knows everybody and welcomes new people with open arms There is also activities outside of judo for the kids and adults. Camping. Cinema bowling trampolining and lots more. come along. You won't be disappointed.
